2000 yen bill + Bell Insect

Llegando a Japon, me encontre con este billete. Me lo dieron cuando cambie dolares para mi substencion del primer mes. En aquel entonces no le di mucha importancia, pero al mostrarselo a mis companeros fue asechado para ver si se los cambiaba por dos de 1000. Y es que sucede que estos billetas son muy raros, de hecho jamas he vueto a ver otro. Estos dias que comienza el otono me acorde de el, debido a los suzumushi (すずむし). Literalmente significa insecto campana y se refiere a unos grillos. En otono su sonido se incrementa y en este billete viene una escena en la que dos hombres estan contemplando a uno de estos insectos, ademas de un poema sobre ellos.

When I first came to Japan, I got this 2000 yen bill. I was changing dollars for my first month expenses. At that time I didnt take care of it but many people asked me to change it for 2 bills of 1000. Indeed they are vere rare and this one has been the only one that I have seen until now. I remembered it because of the suzumushi (すずむし). Literally it means "bell insect" and is a kind of cricket. In autum its noise is louder and in this bill there is a scene where two people are watching this insect. Also there is a poem about them there.
