Protect your axile of smelling like "natto"!!

I saw a TV commercial that made me laught for about 10 minutes. First of all I have to explain what is "natto". Here is an explanation from Wikipedia:

Natto is a traditional Japanese food product made from fermented soybeans, popular especially at. A rich source of protein, nattō and the soybean paste miso formed a vital source of nutrition in feudal Japan. Nattō is an acquired taste due to its powerful smell and sticky consistency.

It is for sure the most difficult japanese food to eat for foreigners (see the picture in wikipedia).


Having explained what natto is i have to say that in Japan there are no deodorant for armpits (I have to ask my family to send them). I saw in the TV a commercial about an innovative product:"a cream used to eliminate the bad odor from the axile"... at first i was thinking it was a kind of depillation cream because a pretty model was smelling her underarm. But then they present a machine that actually can mesure the level of odor. I start laughting then, but after this, they present the possible levels of odor, from odor-free, all up to natto! Yes, I was not wrong, japanese also think that odor of natto is discusting... After this, they tried the machine on a guy that got onion odor.
